Updating Stats on the 1.5 runline

From Monday to Friday this week, the +1.5 underdogs have spanked the -1.5 faves by the tune of 49 to 20.

Since May 23 (when I began tracking):
+1.5 dogs: 303, -1.5 faves: 205

Note: these are the "standard" -1.5 faves and +1.5 dogs. For instance, I am not tracking where an outright money line dog, like Detroit often is, and seeing how they fare in a "flipped" -1.5 favourite's role.

With all due respect the stats are meaningless with out the runline values.

Of course +1.5 runlines are going to win more than -1.5 runlines but often a road dog of +140 will have a runline value of about -140

The question you should ask is how much would you win if betting blindly on +1.5 runlines?

You are of course right, runline dogs often need to be used in two-team parlays, to boost their often "chalky" values.

Nevertheless, it's quite a trend, dontcha think?
